First hibiscus spearmint sun tea of the year ๐Ÿ˜๐ŸŒบโ˜€๏ธ๐ŸŒฑ
FACTS ๐Ÿ’ฏ๐ŸŒฑ๐Ÿ˜‡
Straining gorgeous plantain in avocado oil. Homegrown and organic ๐ŸŒฑ this healing herb is magic, long been used in herbalism as first aid for big bites and wounds ๐Ÿœ๐Ÿฉนโœจ youโ€™ll find this beautiful infusion in my herbal healing salve + bug bite sticks. Safe for kids, itโ€™s a staple in our home ๐Ÿฅฐ link in bio to pick up a tin of your own!
A fresh batch of Herbal Pain Salve ๐ŸŒฟโœจ a potent blend of warming cayenne pepper ๐ŸŒถ, cooling menthol crystals๐Ÿ’ง, and comfrey + yarrow ๐ŸŒฟ. It smells amazing, and provides powerful achy muscle relief too ๐Ÿ’• Iโ€™ve been playing with this recipe for years, and think I may have just hit upon the right blend ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿค” head over to my apothecary if youโ€™ve got muscle pain and want to pick up a tin of your own ๐Ÿ’•๐ŸŒฟ

After a few weeks of slow maceration, I carefully add organic aloe leaf gel and organic vegetable glycerine. Please note that facial mists are different from tonersโ€ฆtheir goal is to freshen, nourish, and hydrate skin throughout the day (or even to set your make up!). On the other hand, toners are meant to deep clean pores.
Spring is really springing here in the north ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐ŸŒฟ๐ŸŒธ These are a few plant friends that welcomed me on this morningโ€™s walk ๐Ÿ˜ I love you! Thank you for reminding us about resilience and beauty, and the sacred cycle of life ๐Ÿ™๐ŸŒฟ
